How to use Fetch API to retrieve and send data from form?

Issue

I have html form:

<form action="file.php" method="post">
    <input name="formName" type="text" />
    <input name="formEmail" type="email" />
    <input name="formSubmit" type="submit" value="Submit Me!" />
</form>

So how to use Fetch API in order to get those values and send them to file.php file using ajax?
